Composition and Care
Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor. The 14k alloy is known for its durability, scratch resistance and subtle hue.
925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We plate our silver jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the most expensive and precious metals due to its rarity.
Unlike regular gold plating, vermeil is a much thicker layer of gold which gives the pieces their long lasting color. For a piece to be considered vermeil, the gold must be a minimum of 10k and 1.5 microns. We use either 14k or 18k gold and a 2.5 micron thick plating. In short, yellow vermeil isn't your average plating- it's thicker to accommodate your active lifestyle.
Care and Clean
When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the box it came in. This helps prevent scratching. Always remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, or applying scents and lotions. 14k and diamond pieces can be scrubbed gently with a toothbrush and warm water. Silver, vermeil or colored gem jewelry should be cleaned by buffing gently with a dry cloth.
Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping is calculated at checkout. This does not include any duties or fees for international shipments. These fees will need to be paid upon receipt by the customer. SENIA is not held responsible for paying these duties and fees. If there are any questions please email email@example.com
Any pieces marked custom are not eligible for return. This includes our Halo Collection, 14k gold pieces, or other products. Any other products are eligible for return within one week of receipt of shipment if unworn and unused. Returns exclude shipping fees. Size exchanges are possible on non-custom products if notified within one week of receipt and unworn. The client will be charged a reshipping fee of $15.
