Refund policy

RETURNS

Unworn, non-custom jewelry is eligible for return within seven days of receipt of purchase. Please note that the item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. If the piece is eligible for return, please email orders@senianewyork.com. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within ten days of receipt of the returned package. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method. Any discounted items are final sale. Any returns for merchandise purchased through one of our retail partners must be handled directly with that entity.

EXCHANGES

SENIA currently does not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the piece and placing a new order for the style or size needed. Please email our team at orders@senianewyork.com for assistance.

CUSTOM

All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please direct all sizing inquiries to orders@senianewyork.com and our team is happy to help. Custom orders are eligible for cancellation within three days of order receipt. After this time, the piece is already in production and is rendered a final sale item which cannot be cancelled.

DISCOUNTS

All pieces purchased during a promotion are final sale.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we are unable to process international returns at this time. If there are any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please reach out to our team at orders@senianewyork.com.

REPAIRS

For our Chain Rings and Infinity Earrings, we currently offer a replating service. The cost of the service for the vermeil pieces is $50 and does not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for sending the set back to our facility to be processed. The repair process takes approximately 2-4 weeks. To begin this process, please email orders@senianewyork.com. Our halo collection is currently ineligible for plating repairs. For other repairs, also contact orders@senianewyork.com

COVID-19 &
OTHER ISSUES

Our cancellation policy still applies during COVID-19 and times of civil unrest in our production partners' native countries. If an order is delayed due to COVID-19 or other issues in the region, the item is unable to be cancelled if it was not cancelled within three days of order receipt. After this point in time, your piece has entered the production process. We apologize for the inconvenience or delay.
